- Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Lake Norman Maid Services provides everything for you. Just let
us know when you need the service, and will be there for you ready
to shine your house.
The price for the cleaning service depends on many factors: house
size, floor type, number of bathrooms, clutter, number of pets
in the house, etc. Please fill out the estimate
form and we'll provide you with the precise rate, or contact
us to schedule a home visit.
For initial and one-time cleaning, we only accept cash. When
you schedule a regular cleaning with us, you must pay the same
day of the service and make checks payable to Lake Norman Maid
Services, Inc.
Yes. Our company is bonded and insured.
- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You don't need to be home. Many of our clients are away working
during cleaning hours. You just need to tell us how we can get
in or provide us with a key.
- Do you send the same crew to clean our home?
Yes, our crews work for areas so they serve the same clients over and over again.
However, when customers call to re-schedule and change the regular date, a different crew will be assigned.
- What product do you use to mop hardwood floor?
We use vinegar and water to clean your hardwood floor.
